Every year, the Cronos Group organizes this fantastic event for final-year students who like to be technically challenged or who perhaps already want to get to know different companies in the field in order to get an internship or their first job.
On 2 December, we are pleased to participate with Arxus in the eighth edition of Hack The Future. There are already more than 100 registrations, but the good news is that there are still a few spots left. So last chance to sign up! (Hack The Future 2021)

But what's the focus of the Arxus Challenge this year?
BREAKING NEWS! There has been a murder of CEO-Millionaire Jill Bridges of technology giant MacroHard. She was found in her mansion while hosting an extravagant party for the "who's who" in the Tech industry the day before. Sources close to the investigation have confirmed to our editors that the circumstances of the death are being described as "highly suspicious" and that a natural death is considered "extremely unlikely. At first, all suspicion fell on her husband, Bill Bridges, but he was able to present a very strong alibi and, as a result, will not be questioned further for the time being. So the crucial questions still beg for an answer: why was Jill Bridges murdered, how did it happen and what is the true identity of the killer(s)?
According to the editors, the future plans for "The Bridges Foundation" would have far-reaching consequences on the sustainability of our planet. It is even whispered that Jill Bridges was murdered for just that reason! As a special task force, we are organizing a real "sting operation": we are continuing Jill's "Quest for Sustainability" in order to lure the murderer to us! For this, we are looking for cloud-native thinkers who want to work their way through IaaS and PaaS of the Azure Cloud. Coders or script kiddies, with a heart for the planet. Are you our expert who can solve the case?
We would love to welcome you to our special task force unit with a sidekick by your side (a fellow student) to find an answer to this murder case. Our own detectives, brother-duo Thomas and Mathias, are at your disposal for a whole day to guide you during this challenge.
At the end of the day you and your sidekick will get the chance to defend your project in front of the jury and solve this murder (aka win the challenge!).
The winner will receive a Logitec Brio Stream (4K webcam with noise-cancelling microphone!) from Cronos. But don't worry... Arxus will also overwhelm you with nice gifts for your participation! You will be given our anti-theft backpack, you can watch your favorite movie in the cinema with your loved one, and on top of that there will be lots of goodies to hand out.
