Arxus Customer Portal provides greater efficiency

Every customer of Arxus has his own online portal. A website where all Arxus services and products can be found in one place. From now on, you can check your invoices to requesting an additional Microsoft 365 license with a single mouse click. Stijn Vanderelst, responsible for this portal, introduces you to the possibilities of the Arxus Customer Portal below.

The portal gives our customers and resellers secure and user-friendly access to the Arxus ecosystem with all its underlying applications. Anyone who has ever tried to reach customer service knows that there are big differences between companies, and waiting times can sometimes be high. At Arxus, we want to make it as easy and efficient as possible for our customers and resellers. With a single click of a button you can check which services and/or products you are currently receiving from Arxus, how healthy your server is, or when your latest updates were carried out. In other words, the Arxus Customer Portal is our "digital front door".

Management section for resellers

For resellers, there is a specifically designed customer management section where you can manage your end customers and their purchased products. This means you no longer have to create a ticket for each task at the Arxus helpdesk, which reduces waiting times. In the new customer management section, as a reseller you can on-board new customers within a minute. Invoicing or applying for licenses can also be done with a single click.

With the Arxus Customer Portal, we want to further respond to the efficiency drive that many companies are making. No more waiting for an employee to solve the problem for you; now you can use the self-service functionalities to get started yourself. If you do have additional questions, you can still contact an employee, and even faster than ever.

Everyone has their own role, full of functionalities

The Arxus Customer Portal offers the possibility of creating different roles within your company page. While Laura from the purchasing department can only view your invoices or purchase new licences, Bram from the IT department will only be able to view the latest updates, DNS records or back-ups. In this way we ensure that only the necessary people can view sensitive information and make any necessary changes.

It is important that we bring customers and resellers extra functionalities by listening to their needs. The focus here is on self-service functionalities so that we can consider unnecessary waiting times as a thing of the past.
